Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, products, and services provided by Scale Systems LLC ("Scale Systems," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide local search marketing services including Google Business Profile optimization, review growth, citation management, ranking heatmaps, and reporting. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you select.

3. Payments & billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated. By providing payment information, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months. To cancel, email antoniomtz@scale-systems.net.

5. Refunds & guarantee

If you don't see measurable ranking movement within 90 days, we'll continue working at no additional cost until you do. We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or other outcomes — search results depend on factors outside our control.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information.
• Grant the access we need to perform the services (e.g., Google Business Profile manager access).
• Comply with the terms of third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including no unlawful activity, no attempts to interfere with the service, and no fake or incentivized reviews submitted through our tools.

8. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our software, dashboards, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your business content, listings, and customer data.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Systems' total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three (3) months.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
